摘要
目的:优化瓜蒌皂苷的提取工艺。方法:研究影响瓜蒌中皂苷提取工艺的条件,包括乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间、提取次数,并采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化瓜蒌皂苷的提取工艺。结果:当乙醇浓度70%(L/L)、料液比1∶14(kg/L)、超声时间40min、提取次数为3次时,获取的瓜蒌中皂苷含量最高,此时测得瓜蒌药材中瓜蒌皂苷含量为1.818mg/g。结论:Box-Behnken响应面法优化的提取工艺,可用于瓜蒌总皂苷的提取。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of trichosanthis. Methods :Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to observe the optima conditions,including alcohol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic treatment duration and repeated frequencies affecting the extraction process of saponis in the trichosanthis. Results :Highest saponins was obtained at the conditions of alcohol concentration at 70%(L/L),solid-liquid ratio by 1∶14(kg/L),ultrasonic treatment duration for 40 min and repeated frequencies by three times,by which condition 1.818 mg/g was obtained from the saponins in the trichosanthis. Conclusion :Box-Behnken response surface methodology can be used to optimize the extraction process of saponins from trichosanthis.
