摘要
目的:探讨微信群在多院区、多科室院内联合会诊中的应用,提高院内联合会诊的质量和效率。方法:对116例院内联合会诊随机分成实验组(使用微信后)和对照组(使用微信前)。运用微信群跟踪会诊的情况。结果:实验组会诊效率明显高于对照组(P≤0.05)。结论:运用微信群,实施远程会诊,效果明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application of wechat in multi-hospital or multi-discipline joint consultation,and to improve the quality and efficiency of consultation. Methods:A total of 116 patients receiving in-hospital consultation were randomly divided in to experimental group(using wechat)and control group(not using wechat). wechat was used to track consultation in experimental group. Results:The efficiency of consultation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions:The application of wechat in remote consultation is effective and worthy of clinical application.
