摘要
以聚醚砜(PES)为稀释剂,采用热诱导相分离法制备了聚苯硫醚(PPS)多孔膜,重点研究了二氯甲烷、丙酮、二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)等不同萃取剂对膜结构和性能的影响规律。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(XRD)、纯水通量测试、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等研究了萃取过程对PPS多孔膜的结晶结构、微观形貌、孔结构和渗透性能的影响。结果表明,三种萃取剂都可以溶解PES,但就PPS/PES复合平板膜中PES的萃取量而言,由于DMAc极性大、溶解度参数与PES相近,因此萃取能力最强,其对PPS/PES复合薄膜中PES的萃取能力最强,二氯甲烷次之、丙酮最弱;三种萃取剂都对PPS有溶剂诱导结晶作用,萃取后PPS的结晶度从10.59%增加到33.47%~37.88%;通过溶剂诱导结晶,PPS多孔膜的(200/111)、(112)晶面的晶粒尺寸变大,说明萃取有利于PPS结晶结构的完善;纯水通量的测试表明,当选择DMAc作为萃取剂时,PES质量分数为50%的体系能够制备出具有渗透作用的PPS多孔膜。
Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)porous membrane was prepared by thermally induced phase separation with polyethersulfone(PES)as diluent.The effects of different extractants,such as,dichloromethane,acetone and dimethylacetamide(DMAc)on the structure and properties of the membrane were studied.The effects of extraction on the crystal structure,microstructure,pore structure and permeability of PPS porous membrane were studied by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),pure water flux test,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and other methods.The results show that all the three extractants could dissolve PES,but according to extraction quantity of PES,DMAc could show the strongest extraction ability for the similar polarity and solubility parameters with PES.Especially it has the strongest extraction ability to the PES in the PPS/PES composite film,followed by methane and acetone.All three extractants have the function of solvent-induced crystallization on PPS,and the crystallinity of PPS could increase from 10.59%to 33.47%~37.88%after extraction.Due to the solvent-induced crystallization of PPS by extractant,the grain sizes of(200/111)and(112)planes of PPS become larger,which is beneficial to improving the crystallization perfection.The pure water flux test shows when DMAc is selected as extractant,the system with 50%PES mass fraction can prepare porous PPS membrane with permeability.
