摘要
【目的】明确广西农户户主特征、农民组织化及农业技术扩散三者的逻辑关系,为加快推进先进农业技术向农户、基层组织扩散提供理论参考。【方法】构建Probit二元选择模型分别研究户主特征和农民组织化的相互影响及农业技术扩散的路径。【结果】户主个人较高的身体素质、文化素质及社会身份是提高农民组织化建设的关键,婚姻、邻里关系、性别和年龄的影响并不显著;农民组织化发展显著提升农户的农业技术采纳水平;户主特征和农民组织化水平相互影响与强化,较高的农民组织化水平能提高更年轻男性户主对新技术采纳的行为意愿;适度经营规模、更易获得的技术服务、具有产业带头人显著促进新技术的扩散;较高的兼业水平抑制了农民组织化的发展,但在提高组织化水平后,其对技术扩散抑制作用并不显著。【建议】强化农民组织化发展水平,提升农户参与合作组织意愿;加强培育产业带头人,构建技术扩散紧密网;完善组织化管理制度,提升先进农业技术扩散能力;发展多种经营模式,统筹农户兼业化发展方向,强化户主特征、农民组织化与技术扩散三者间的互作机制,促进先进技术向农村地区扩散。
【Objective】To study the logical relationship between the characteristics of head of household in Guangxi, the organization of farmers and the diffusion of agricultural technology,and provide a theoretical reference for accelerating the diffusion of advanced agricultural technology to farmers and grassroots organizations.【Method】The Probit binary selection model was constructed to study the interaction between household characteristics and farmers’organizationalization and the path of agricultural technology diffusion.【Result】The high physical and cultural quality and social status of the head of the household were the key to improving the willingness of farmers to organize. The influence of marriage, neighborhood,gender and age was not significant. The organizational development of farmers has significantly improved the adoption of agricultural technology by farmers. The characteristics of household heads and the level of farmers’organization were mutually influential and strengthened. High levels of farmers’organization could improve the willingness of younger male heads to adopt new technologies;moderate scale of operation,more accessible technical services,and industry leadership could significantly improve the diffusion of new technologies. High levels of concurrent employment have inhibited the development of farmers’organization,but after increasing the level of organization,their inhibition on technological diffusion was not significant.【Suggestion】The following suggestions are proposed: strengthening the level of farmers’organizational development,enhancing farmers’willingness to organize:strengthening the cultivation of industry leaders,building a network of technology diffusion;improving the organizational management system,enhancing the ability of advanced agricultural technology to spread;developing multiple business models,and coordinating farmers with the direction of concurrent development,strengthening the interaction mechanism among household heads,farmers’ organizat
