近20年晋江市城市建成区拓展变化及驱动力分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Expandation and Driving Force of Urban Built-up Area in Jinjiang City in Recent 20 Years

摘要 针对使用单源数据提取城市建成区精度过低的问题,利用遥感和地理信息技术,以Landsat陆地卫星遥感影像和夜间灯光数据作为主要数据源,对2002—2018年晋江市建成区拓展动态进行监测分析。利用GIS空间叠加分析功能,结合多源数据对城镇用地的提取结果,得到各时期建成区扩展信息,并分析促使晋江市建成区拓展的驱动力。结果表明,2002—2018年晋江市建成区拓展过程中,拓展速率先快后缓,建成区空间重心不断南移,建成区分布格局逐渐形成以陈埭镇-池店镇-青阳街道为中心的北部主城、以安海镇-灵源街道为核心的中部辅城和以英林镇为核心的南部辅城的“全市一城、一主两辅”大城市新格局。研究结果可为有关部门制定城市发展规划提供参考。 As the accuracy of single-source data extraction for urban built-up areas is too low, the dynamic monitoring of the expansion of built-up areas in Jinjiang city from 2002 to 2018 was conducted by combining remote sensing and geo. graphic information technology, with Landsat remote sensing images and night light data as the main data sources. The spa. tial overlay analysis function of GIS was used to obtain the built-up area expansion information in each period by combin. ing the extraction results of urban land from multi-source data, and the driving factors for the built-up area expansion in Jinjiang were analyzed. The results showed that from 2002 to 2018, in the expandation of Jinjiang, the development speed started fast and then slowed down, the spatial center of gravity of the built-up area continued to move southward, the builtup area distribution pattern was gradually formed with main urban area of North core on ChenDai Town - ChiDian Town - QingYang street, auxiliary urban area of Center core on AnHai Town - LingYuan Street, auxiliary urban area of South core on YingLin Town. The new pattern of big cities featured with "A whole city, a main two auxiliary". The results can be used as a reference for relevant departments to make urban development plans.
