摘要
国内越来越多的电力设计企业通过总承包窗口单位走出国门,参与到国际设计市场的电站建设之中。但由于海外总承包电站的设计流程、组织形势等与国内电站有很多不同的特点,在电气设计部分也面临许多与国内不同的风险和挑战。文章分析了海外电站电气设计技术质量管理的风险点,并提出了相应的对策。
More and more domestic electric power design enterprises go abroad through EPC window units to participate in the power station construction in the international design market.However,because the design process and organizational situation of overseas EPC power plants have many different characteristics from domestic power stations,the electrical design also faces many different risks and challenges.This paper analyzes the risk points of electrical design technology quality management of overseas power stations,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
