摘要
核桃不仅具有较高的经济价值,还具有一定的保健功能和药用价值.本文利用文献资料法、实地调研法对盘州市核桃酒产业开发的可行性进行相关的调研分析.通过对盘州市核桃酒产业开发的优势和条件进行分析,论证盘州市核桃酒产业发展的可行性,提出盘州市核桃酒产业开发策略和建议,为盘州市核桃酒产业开发提供理论依据.研究结果表明:盘州市核桃酒产业开发符合盘州市的发展需要,是农民脱贫致富的新思路,是改善民生的新途径.
Walnut not only has good economic value, but also has health function and medicinal value. In this paper, the feasibility of developing walnut wine industry in Panzhou was investigated and analyzed by using the methods of documentation and field investigation. Through the analysis of the advantages and conditions of walnut wine industry development in Panzhou, the feasibility of walnut wine industry development in Panzhou was demonstrated, and the development strategies and suggestions of walnut wine industry in Panzhou were put forward, which provided theoretical basis for the development of walnut wine industry in Panzhou. The results show that the walnut wine industry development in Panzhou meets the development needs of Panzhou, is a new way for farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich, and is a new way to improve people’s livelihood.
