摘要
内置式永磁同步电机的转子磁槽的角度、磁铁位置等参数都会对转矩及转矩脉动产生影响。以内置径向式“V”形磁槽转子结构为例,结合影响电机磁槽角度、磁铁位置设计参数,重新定义磁槽角度、磁铁位置的关联参数。在此基础上,确定关联参数的变化水平,分析计算原设计参数与关联参数的关系。采用正交试验的方法,对电机的转矩及脉动进行仿真优化与综合平衡,获得了在取得电机较大转矩的同时最大限度地减小脉动转矩的设计方案。
Parameters like the skewing angle of rotor slot and the position of magnet will have an influence on both the torque and the torque ripple of the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor. Taking built-in Vshaped radial slot for example,this paper redefined the relevant parameters for the skewing angle of rotor slot and the magnet position on the basis of the original design parameters. In the light of this,the changes of the relevant parameters were ascertained and the relations between original and relevant parameters were analyzed and recal. culated. Through simulation- based optimization and overall balance between the torque and ripple,a new scheme was designed to minimize the torque ripple and ensure the larger torque simultaneously .
