大数据背景下中小学德育工作评估指数的研发——以上海市浦东新区实践为例

摘要 “立德树人”教育背景下,文章从量化评估带动德育优化发展的视角,提出“浦东新区德育工作评估指数”,保障“指标内容”“权重设计”“评分标准”“资料样式”等要素的科学性,有效而客观地评估中小学德育工作现状。整个评估过程通过信息化平台完成,学校录入评估资料后,大数据平台自动分析,并给出学校促进德育工作发展的评估报告。 Under the background of moral education,“The Evaluation Index of Moral Education in Pudong New District”has been developed from the perspective of quantitative evaluation to promote the optimal development of moral education. This index can be used to ensure the scientificity of such elements as“index content”,“weight design”,“scoring criteria”and“data style”,and to effectively and objectively evaluate the current situation of moral education in primary and secondary schools. The whole evaluation process is completed by means of a information platform. After the schools enter the data for evaluation,the big data platform automatically analyses it and gives those schools the evaluation reports of how to promote the development of moral education.
