摘要
人类命运共同体的提出,为多样化的世界提供了一个人类可以休戚与共、生死相依的美好蓝图。人从哪里来、现在在哪里、将到哪里去?这是困扰人类永续发展的基本问题。构建人类命运共同体,就是中国人对事关人类永续发展的基本问题的初步回答。需要指出的是,提出和构建人类命运共同体,不只是一种外交策略和全球治理方案,它更是一种价值追求和对人类新文明的追求,实际上是对人类生命、人类本质、人类境遇、人类现状、人类前途的一种价值追寻,是在全球化时代寻找人类的理想和归宿问题。因此,构建人类命运共同体,必须从人类新文明——类文明角度去全面审视,将人的自然属性与社会属性、价值共同体与行为共同体、人类命运共同体与自由人联合体统一起来,以期能够为人类命运共同体讨论提供一种全新视角,进而促进这场讨论能够沿着更为理性、更为务实的方向深入发展。
The proposal of the community with a shared future for humanity provides a beautiful blueprint for the diverse world to be able to rest and live together. Where do people come from, where are they now, where are they going? This is a basic problem that plagues humanity for sustainable development. Building a community with a shared future for humanity is the initial answer of the Chinese people to the basic issues concerning the sustainable development of mankind. It should be pointed out that proposing and constructing a community of human destiny is not only a diplomatic strategy and a global governance program. It is also a pursuit of value and the pursuit of a new human civilization. It is actually a human life, a human nature, and a human condition. The pursuit of humanity, the future of mankind, and the pursuit of humanity are the ideals and destinations of human beings in the era of globalization. Therefore, to build a community with a shared future for humanity, we must comprehensively examine from the perspective of human new civilization-human civilization, and unite human natural attributes with social attributes, value community and behavioral community, human destiny community and free-human union. It provides a new perspective for the very hot discussion of the community with a shared future for humanity, which in turn promotes the development of this discussion in a more rational and pragmatic direction.
