摘要
《大学英语教学指南》为大学英语教师创设了教育教学文化新范式。为适应这一新范式,大学英语教师必须建构“意识+能力”结构图谱。其中,“意识”包括课程建设意识、学生主体意识和教学改革意识,“能力”包括选择教学内容的能力、调整教学方法的能力和运用现代教育信息技术的能力。大学英语教师适应大学英语课程教育教学文化新范式的路径包括理解、顺应、融合、创新等。
College English Instruction Guide creates a new teaching paradigm for college English teachers. To adapt to this new paradigm,college English teachers are supposed to construct a map combining“awareness”and“ability”. Awareness means awareness of curriculum construction,student-centerd awareness and awareness of teaching reform. Adaptability means the ability to choose teaching contents,the ability to adjust teaching approaches and the ability to take advantage of modern information technology in education as well. The path for college English teachers to adapt to the new paradigm of college English teaching includes several elements:understanding,adaptation,integration and innovation.
