装卸料机编码器交叉比较调试工具研发与应用

摘要 为提高福清核电1、2、3、4号机组核燃料操作与贮存系统绝对值编码器设备单体运行的可靠性,降低设备运行故障率,需要设计一种编码器调试专用工具,用于现场编码器的测试与比较,提前识别缺陷设备以便于及时进行干预。根据核电厂装卸料系统绝对值编码器工作原理和调试维护的经验,提出装卸料机编码器交叉比较调试专用工具(简称调试工具)的研发。文章主要介绍调试工具信号采集、数据处理、信息显示三个部分的设计思路与实现方式。实际调试与应用证明了该调试工具的有效性、可用性。 In order to reduce the failure rate of absolute value encoder for nuclear fuel operation and storage system of units 1,2,3 and 4 of Fuqing nuclear power plant,and shortening the maintenance time of the absolute encoder,a special tool for coder debugging needed to be designed.The tool could be used for testing and comparing field coders to identify defective devices in advance so as to facilitate timely intervention.According to the absolute value encoder working principle and operation and maintenance experience,the design of refueling machine encoder cross comparator device was presented.The design idea including three parts:signal acquisition,data processing and information display.The realization principle of cross comparison using PLC technology was introduced.Practical debugging and application prove the validity and availability of the debugging tool.
