摘要 介绍了某500kV变电站35kV#1STATCOM 381开关、#2STATCOM 382开关跳闸的现象,通过缺陷设备最近几次运维情况分析和现场二次专业检查,判断STATCOM直流蓄电池存在异常,导致在380V交流失电期间直流输出供电不能满足STATCOM二次设备系统运行需求,造成开关跳闸。设备缺陷暴露了STATCOM交流输入回路和直流系统设计不合理,以及蓄电池运维管理欠缺。最后,针对以上问题提出了相应的整改措施。 The tripping phenomenon of 35kV #1 STATCOM 381 switch and #2 STATCOM 382 switch in a 500kV substation is introduced. Through the recent operation and maintenance analysis of the defect equipment and the second professional inspection on the site, it is judged that there is an abnormality in the STATCOM DC battery, which causes the DC output power supply during the 380V AC power failure can not meet the operation requirements of the STATCOM secondary equipment system, causing the switch to trip. Equipment defects have exposed the irrational design of the STATCOM AC input loop and DC system, as well as the lack of the battery operation and maintenance. Finally, the corresponding rectification measures are proposed for the above problems.
