摘要
新课改视域下,我国高职院校不断结合西方教育理论,深入到各学科各专业教学改革的进程中,以现代信息化为导向促进高职院校教学理念及模式的转变,为高职院校人才培育工作奠定了有力的教育基础。而在教育管理层面上,新公共管理理论对我国高职教育管理具有极强的促进作用,能够有效促进各专业教育方法、模式及内容的改革,推进高职院校教育层次及教学水平的提升。结合新公共管理理论概念,探析新公共管理理论在高职院校中的作用及适应性,提出基于新公共管理理论的高职教育管理应用策略。
Under the new curriculum reform,China's higher vocational colleges continue to combine Western educational theories into the process of teaching reform in various disciplines,and promote the transformation of teaching concepts and models in higher vocational colleges with modern informationization as the guide,which has laid a solid foundation for the talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges.In the sense of education management,new public management theory can effectively promote the education management in higher vocational colleges,contribute to the reform of various professional education methods,models and contents,and promote the educational level and teaching level of higher vocational colleges.Combined with the concept of new public management theory,this paper explores the role and adaptability of new public management theory in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the application strategy of higher vocational education management based on the new public management theory.
