摘要
教育管理学的学科基础改为公共管理学已近十年,但我国教育管理研究的二元范式并没有发生实质的变化。学科疆界狭窄、研究视角单一、理论基石薄弱等已经制约了学科的发展。如火如荼的“新公共管理理论运动”不但带动了国外教育制度的变革,也推动了我国近几年对教育管理公共性的探索。理解教育管理的公共性,反思我国教育管理研究公共品性缺失的现实,注重教育管理研究的公共意识,提升学科的公共品性,强化研究者的公共责任是我国教育管理研究的标向之一。
Although it has been nearly ten years since the disciplinary foundation has been changed from the educational administration to public management,no virtual dual-paradigm changes of educational administration research have taken place in China.The disciplinary development has been restricted because of the narrow-boundary in discipline,mono-perspective in research and the weak-cornerstone in theory.A wildfire 'new public management theory movement' not only brought out the educational institution reforms abroad,but also gave impetus to the publicity exploration of educational administration. It is one of the targets of the educational administration research to understand the educational administration publicity,to reflect on the lack of publicity in our educational administration research,to pay attention to the public awareness in educational administration research,to promote publicity in the discipline,to charge researchers with public responsibility.
