摘要
目的梳理国际患者安全文化研究的演进路径,揭示研究热点和前沿,为我国患者安全文化研究提供参考.方法在Web of Science数据库中对患者安全文化研究进行检索,应用CiteSpace软件进行文献总被引分析,梳理出关键节点文献,应用名词短语分析和突现词探测功能分析研究热点与研究前沿.结果经筛选后得到2404篇文献,通过文献共被引分析,梳理出11篇关键节点文献.研究热点包括患者安全事件、医疗服务单元、测评工具和方法、患者安全文化改进,研究前沿包括不良事件和患者安全文化与安全改进.结论未来研究的重点应该放在药物不良事件和医院感染等关键安全事件上,结合量化和质性研究方法开展更加细化的患者安全文化研究,并提出有效的干预措施,保障患者安全.
ObjectiveTo summarize the evolution path of international patient safety culture, reveal the hotspots and frontiers of research to provide references for the study of patient safety culture in China.MethodsThe research on patient safety culture was searched in the Web of Science database. The CiteSpace software was used to conduct literature co-citation analysis, and key node literature was sorted out. Noun phrase analysis and emergence word detection function were used to analyze research hotspots and research frontiers.ResultsA total of 2404 articles were included in this study after screening. 11 literatures with key nodes were sorted out. The research hotspots included patient safety events, medical service units, evaluation tools and methods, and improvement of patient safety culture. Research frontiers included adverse events, patient safety culture and improvement of safety.Conclusion Future research should focus on key adverse events including medication adverse events and hospital infections,carrying out more detailed research on patient safety culture by combining quantitative and qualitative research methods, and proposing effective interventions to ensure patient safety.
