摘要
文章应用ZEMAX光学软件,设计符合目标要求的显微镜物镜光学系统。首要计算光学系统的初始结构参数,在此基础上进行数据微调;其次在该初始结构参数之下,进行像质分析,比如光线扇形图(Ray Fan)、点列图(Spot Diagram)、光学传递函数(MTF),分析出来的图形好坏决定了是否要继续对光路系统进行优化;再次就是光路仿真图的优化过程,在反复的优化过程中,判断该光路系统是否满足设计要求,能够消除球差、轴向色差以及正弧差。经过外形尺寸计算和ZEMAX仿真,达到了显微镜的设计参数要求并且像差合理。
The thesis uses ZEMAX optics software to design the optical system of microscope objective. First of all, we need to calculate the initial structural parameters of the optical system and make data fine tuning on this basis. Secondly, under the initial structure parameters, the image quality analysis, such as light pie Ray Fan, Spot Diagram, optical transfer function (MTF), determines whether or not to continue to.continue to optimize the optical path system. Thirdly, it is the optimization process of optical path simulation diagram. In the repeated optimization process, whether the optical path system meets the design requirements can eliminate spherical difference, axial color difference and arc difference. Through shape dimension calculation and ZEMAX simulation, the design parameters of the microscope are satisfied and the aberration is reasonable.
