摘要
由于CMOS、CCD探测器的广泛应用,及其分辨力的提高,人们对视频显微镜的分辨力提出了更高的要求。分析了大视场视频显微镜的像差特点,并利用光学设计软件Zemax进行光学效果的模拟,给出了数值孔径0.05,光学放大倍数0.25,视场直径为31mm,分辨力200万像素光学系统的设计结果。
Because CMOS、CCD detectors are widely used in optical instruments,improving of resolution,people wish to get higher and higher resolution of TV lens.In this paper the aberration properties of an optical system with large visual field are analyzed,and obtained the optical model results of TV micro-lens in the optical design software Zemax.The designed results of number Aperture NA=0.05,optical magnification 0.25,visual field diameter 31mm,2.0mega pixels for TV micro-lens are given.
