基于“服务百姓”视角的基层政务公开标准化思考

摘要 随着我国政务公开工作不断推进,问题也不断凸显。为满足社会公众对政务公开的诉求,我国在100个试点开展基层政务公开标准化规范化建设。文中以浙江省7个试点为例,基于“服务百姓”的视角,对基层政务公开标准体系搭建、标准编写要点、标准的实施与改进等进行探讨,最后对如何做好基层政务公开标准化作出思考。 Along with government affairs openness advancement in our country,the problems are also unceasingly prominent.In order to meet the demands of the public on the openness of government affairs,our country has carried out the standardization construction for grass-roots government affairs openness in 100 pilot projects.Based on the perspective of “serving people”,this paper took seven pilot projects in Zhejiang Province as examples,and discussed the construction of the standard system,the important point of standard compilation,implement and improvement for standard.Finally,we thought about how to do well the standardization of the grass-roots government affairs openness.
