摘要
近年来,随着经济快速发展,人民生活需求日益提升,汽车进入了千家万户,城市中各大商场、医院、机关大楼、主要街道车满为患,停车位不足的现象极为严重,汽车保有量的大幅度增加势必对土地、能源和环境带来巨大压力,而静态交通的发展远远落后于机动车发展速度。“停车难”问题不仅成为备受广大市民关注的难点之一,也成为影响投资环境、制约城市社会经济发展的问题,束缚城市核心功能强化、城市景观和品味提升。
In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and the increasing living needs of the people,cars have entered thousands of households,shopping malls,hospitals,government buildings and major streets in the city are overcrowded with traffic,and the shortage of parking spaces is extremely serious.A sharp increase in car ownership is bound to put great pressure on land,energy and the environment.The development of static traffic lags far behind the development speed of motor vehicles.The problem of“parking difficulty”has not only become one of the difficulties that have attracted the attention of the general public,but also has become a problem that affects the investment environment,restricts the social and economic development of the city,restricts the strengthening of the core functions of the city,and improves the urban landscape and taste.
