摘要
该文在分析城市公共停车场服务范围时考虑可达性的差异,结合传统的土地利用停车需求预测模型,并考虑城市停车发展政策的影响,提出基于可达性的城市公共停车场停车需求预测方法。最后以厦门市仙岳路公共停车场为案例,构建多种可达性场景进行公共停车需求预测。
As the amount of vehicle keeps increasing, the parking problem becomes more and more serious. It is urgent to accelerate the construction of urban public parking facilities and shore up weak spots. In the planning stage,an accurate demand prediction in public parking lot can effectively guide the construction of public parking lot and determine the reasonable construction scale. This paper considers the difference of accessibility when analyzing the service scope of public parking lot, combining traditional land use demand forecasting model and considering the impact of parking policies, then proposes a method to forecast parking demand in urban public parking lots based on accessibility. Finally, a variety of accessibility scenarios are constructed for public parking demand prediction based on the public parking lot of Xianyue road in Xiamen.
