摘要
针对变电站监控信息表校核效率低的技术问题,提出了计算机程序化的智能校核方法,并设计出整套监控信息表校核系统。通过采用加密单元实现监控信息表的权限限制,有效地抵御网络的不稳定因素造成的侵入、破坏,通过采用基于OCR文字识别算法和模板匹配算法实现监控信息表的识别和核对。文中系统将传统的纸质信息表形式转化为电子表格形式,实现了无纸化、电子化作业,使校核工作更加智能化、自动化、信息化。
Aiming at the technical problems of low efficiency of substation monitoring information table,a computerized intelligent checking method is proposed,and a complete monitoring information table checking system is designed.The permission restriction of the monitoring information table is realized by using the encryption unit to effectively resist the intrusion and destruction caused by unstable factors of the network.The identification and verification of the monitoring information table is realized by adopting the OCR text recognition algorithm and the template matching algorithm.The system converts the traditional paper information form into a spreadsheet form,which realizes paperless and electronic operation,and makes the check work more intelligent,automatic and informationize.
