摘要 电力系统变电站设备台账存在数据质量低下问题,由于其数据量大,人工核查时间长,平均核查正确率低.提高其数据质量难度大。对变电站台账数据特点进行分析,设计了数据校核规则,基于该规则设计开发了变电站设备台账参数校核系统,并将该系统对某地区变电站设备台账进行了校核测试。结果表明,该系统可快速准确查找出变电站设备台账错误数据,显著提高了核查正确率,从而提高了变电站设备台账数据质量。 Power system substation equipment accounts have poor data quality. Due to its large amount of data, resulting in a long time of manual verification, verification of the correct mean rate, it is difficult to improve the quality of the data. Therefore, the characteristics of substations accounts data is analyzed, and the data verification rules are designed. Based on this rules, the system of substation equipment accounts parameters checking is designed and developed. Substation equipment accounts parameters of a region are checked with the system. The result show that the system can quickly and accurately find out the erroneous data of substation equipment accounts and significantly improve the verification of the correct rate, thus the substation equipment accounts data quality is improved.
