摘要
目的评估超声乳化联合晶状体囊袋张力环植入术治疗悬韧带异常所致闭角型青光眼的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年6月至2018年6月该院悬韧带异常所致闭角型青光眼共60例(64眼),依据随机数字表分为两组,每组30例。A组进行超声乳化人工晶状体植入术,B组行超声乳化晶状体囊袋张力环植入术。结果两组术后1天和1个月:眼压均低于术前,B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组BCVA均高于术前,B组高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组中央前房深度均大于术前,B组明显大于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组并发症率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.688)。结论超声乳化晶状体囊袋张力环植入术治疗悬韧带异常所致闭角型青光眼的疗效良好,可有效改善眼压、BCVA及前房深度。
Objective To evaluate the effeicacy of phacoemulsification combined with intracapsular tension ring implantation in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma (ACG) caused by abnormal suspension ligament (ASL). Methods The data of 64 eyes of 60 cases with ACG caused by ASL from Jun. 2016 to Jun. 2018 in this hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to the random distribution, all patients were divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group.Group A underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation, group B underwent phacoemulsification combined with intracapsular tension ring implantation. Results The intraocular pressure at 1 day and 1 month after operation in the two groups were lower than that before operation, and that of group B was lower than that of group A. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). BCVA after operation was higher than that before operation in two groups, BCVA in group B was better than that in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). The central anterior chamber depth of both groups was deeper than that before operation, and that of group B was significantly greater than that of group A (P<0.001). The difference of complication rates was not statistically significant between the two groups (P=0.688). Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intracapsular tension ring implantation in the treatment of ACG caused by ASL is effective, which can effectively ameliorate the intraocular pressure, BCVA and central anterior chamber depth.
