摘要
目的研究分析超声乳化白内障吸除手术应用于闭角型青光眼患者的效果。方法根据2012年3月~2014年3月我院的112例闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者进行研究分析,分为对照组和试验组,均有56例,试验组使用超声乳化白内障吸除手术治疗,对照组使用小梁切除术治疗,比较分析临床效果。结果比较分析对照组和试验组患者接受治疗后视力情况,试验组患者的视力超过0.3共有74眼,占该组的94.8%,相比传统手术治疗的74.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。试验组患者的眼压恢复比对照组优秀,试验组的并发症发生率是5.13%,对照组是28.2%,两组结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论超声乳化白内障手术对于急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的治疗效果突出,该手术的不良反应率低。
Objective To study the effect of ultrasonic phacoemulsification in the patients with angle closure glaucoma. Methods From March 2012 to March 2014,112 patients with closed angle glaucoma combined with cataract were analyzed in our hospital. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group. 56 cases were treated with phacoemulsification. Results The visual acuity more than 0.3 had 74 eyes and the rate was 94.8% in experimental group,compared with the traditional surgical treatment of 74.3%,there was significant difference（P 0.05）. The complication rate of the experimental group was 5.13%,the control group was 28.2%,and the two group was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The surgical treatment effect of acute angle closure glaucoma combined with cataract surgery is outstanding,and the adverse reaction rate is low.
