摘要 目的应用品管圈活动设计一种可调式中心静脉测压输液架并评估其应用效率及准确性。方法建立品管圈小组,运用品管方法,针对提高中心静脉压的监测效率,分析传统手工标尺测定法效率低下的原因,设计出一种可调式中心静脉测压输液架。选择本科2017年11月至2018年5月需测量中心静脉压的40例患者为研究对象,使用该测压装置测量患者中心静脉压,并就其效率及准确性进行评价。结果新型可调式中心静脉测压输液架测量患者中心静脉压与传统手工标尺测定法相比,测量数值比较差异无统计学意义,而操作时间明显缩短。结论通过品管圈活动,成功设计了一种可调式中心静脉测压输液架,该装置明显缩短了中心静脉测压时间,具有较高的准确性。 Objective To design an adjustable sphygmomanometer for central venous pressure under the guide of quality control circles strategy and to assess its efficiency and accuracy. Methods A quality control circles team was set up. Under its specific strategy, the reasons for a low efficiency of the traditional manual measurement of central venous pressure were analyzed, and then an adjustable sphygmomanometer was designed. From November 2017 to May 2018, a total of 40 patients who needed central venous pressure measurements were included to assess the efficiency and accuracy of the new designed device. Results No significant difference in data of central vein pressures was found between the traditional method and the application of the newly designed adjustable sphygmomanometer. However, there was a notable decrease in measurement time by using the new method. Conclusion By carrying out the quality control circles strategy, we successfully designed an adjustable sphygmomanometer for central venous pressure, which displayed comparable accuracy to the traditional method and showed much higher efficiency.
