摘要
目的评价中药序贯治疗结合富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗难愈性创面的疗效。方法抽取本院(2017年11月—2018年12月)收治的100例难愈性创面患者作为研究对象,回顾100例病例资料,以分组依据(不同治疗措施)将100例患者分为对照组、治疗组,每组50例。对照组采用富血小板血浆治疗,治疗组用中药序贯治疗结合富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗。对比住院时间、创面感染率、临床治疗总有效率。结果住院时间与对照组相比,治疗组较短(P<0.05);创面感染率与对照组比较,治疗组较低(P<0.05);临床治疗总有效率与对照组相比,治疗组较高(P<0.05)。结论中药序贯治疗结合富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗难愈性创面,既可缩短住院时间、减少创面感染,又能提高临床治疗总有效率。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of sequential treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of refractory wounds.Methods One hundred patients with refractory wounds admitted to the hospital (November,2017 - December, 2018) were enrolled.The data of 100 cases were reviewed.100 patients were divided into groups according to different treatments,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with platelet-rich plasma,and the treatment group was treated with sequential Chinese medicine treatment combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP).Compare hospitalization time, wound infection rate,and total effective rate of clinical treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter in the treatment group (P < 0.05).The infection rate was lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment was compared with the control group.The group was higher (P < 0.05).Conclusion Sequential treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of refractory wounds can shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce wound infection,and improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment.
