摘要
将小组讨论与Mini-CEX教学方法融合运用于细胞生物学课程中,针对医学生缺乏主观能动性、被动填鸭式学习的问题,根据细胞生物学课程的基础性、实践性、实用性等特点,结合先进的教学评估理念进行全面改革。通过学习模式重构、教学投入的重构、教师角色重塑等路径广泛开展参与式教学,激发学生间的协作精神,提高教学效率。改革目的在于结合小组讨论与Mini-CEX评价模式,对教学模式进行全面反馈,通过基础知识、实践操作和沟通交流并重的教学方法,培养医学生的综合能力、团队合作精神以及人际交往能力,实现理论实践的提升,提高细胞生物学的教学质量。
The group discussion and the Mini-CEX teaching method are combined into the cell biology course.For the lack of subjective initiative and passive cramming learning,the medical students are combined according to the basic,practical and practical characteristics of the cell biology course.The advanced teaching evaluation concept is comprehensively reformed.Through the reconstruction of learning mode, the reconstruction of teaching input,and the reshaping of teacher roles, the participatory teaching are widely carried out to stimulate the spirit of collaboration among students and improve teaching efficiency.The purpose of the reform is to combine the group discussion and the Mini- CEX evaluation model to provide comprehensive feedback on the teaching model,and to cultivate the comprehensive ability,teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills of medical students through basic knowledge,practical operation and communication methods.The improvement of theoretical practice improves the quality of teaching in cell biology.
