摘要
加快发展数字经济,推动实体经济与数字经济融合发展是经济高质量发展的强大内生动力[1],是供给侧改革的重要抓手,是变革治理体系的重要力量,是创新新业态、新模式的特殊机遇,也是助推全民共享社会主义现代化建设成果的有力保障。本文以河南省焦作市为例,分析了一个典型资源枯竭型的中小城市,在各种条件影响下,要加快数字经济与实体经济融合发展,就必须要充分利用好数字信息技术,将创新突破作为内生动力,实现海量数据的互联互通,整合多类数据资源融入产业创新和升级每个环节,从而形成绿色健康的新型经济发展生态模式,并以此为焦作市进一步经济转型提供了重要决策参考意见。
Speed up the development of digital economy,promoting the development of real economy and the digital economy integration is high quality and economic development of powerful endogenous power[1],is an important grasp of supply-side reform,supply side reform is an important force in change management system,is a new pattern of innovation new forms of special opportunity,is also helping the sharing socialist modernization construction achievements of powerful guarantee.Jiaozuo City in Henan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the small and medium-sized a typical resource-exhausted city,under the influence of various conditions.In order to speed up the integration of digital economy and real economy,we must make full use of digital information technology,take innovation breakthroughs as endogenous driving force,realize the interconnection and interoperability of massive data,integrate multiple data resources into each link of industrial innovation and upgrading,thus forming a new green and healthy economic development ecological model,and it provides important decision-making reference for Jiaozuo City to further economic transformation.
