摘要
目的调查住院患者护理难度现状及影响因素。方法采用患者一般资料调查表、患者护理难度评估表、简单临床评分和Barthel指数评定量表对南京市某三级甲等医院300例住院患者进行调查,分析患者护理难度状况及其相关影响因素。结果300例接受调查的住院患者护理难度处于中等水平。多元线性回归分析结果显示,患者的年龄、住院天数、入院方式、护理等级、病情、自理能力是影响患者护理难度的主要因素(P<0.01)。结论住院患者护理难度处于中等水平,护士应关注患者年龄、病情和自理能力,明确工作重点与难点,提高护理效率。
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of patient care in hospitals.Methods A total of 300 inpatients in a 3A-level hospital in Nanjing were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire,Patient Care Difficulty Assessment Form,Simple Clinical Score,and Barthel Index Rating Scale.The patient's care difficulty status and related influencing factors were statistically analyzed.Results The nursing difficulty for inpatients were at a moderate level.The results of multiple stepwise analysis showed that the patient's age,hospitalization time,admission method,nursing level,condition and self-care ability were the main factors affecting patients' nursing difficulty ( P <0.01).Conclusion The nursing difficulty of inpatients is at the upper-middle level.Nurses should pay attention to patient's age,condition and self-care ability,clarify the key points and difficulties of work,and improve the efficiency of nursing.
