摘要
《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的发布实施,为新时代高职教育的发展指明了方向、规划了路线图,推进产教融合校企“双元”育人是职业教育改革的重要措施之一,此文阐述了产教融合校企“双元”育人的现实意义,并探讨了工学结合、校企深度合作、高水平实训基地建设、“双师型”师资队伍建设等方面的举措,以促进职业教育高质量发展。
The issuance and implementation of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan has pointed out the direction and planned the road map for the development of higher vocational education in the new era.Promoting the integration of enterprises and colleges and "dual education" of colleges and enterprises is one of the important measures for the reform of vocational education.This paper expounds the practical significance of the integration of enterprises and colleges and "dual education" of colleges and enterprises,and discusses the measures of the combination of engineering and learning,deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises,the construction of high-level training bases and "double-qualified" teachers in order to promote the high quality development of vocational education.
