论教师教育大学的教师教育力及其提升路径 被引量:15

On Teachers’ Educational Ability and Its Promotion Path in Teacher Education Universities

摘要 综合化时代教师教育的办学主体已转向由传统的师范院校和综合性大学共同分担,高纯度师范院校一统天下的教师教育格局已成历史。教师教育力是鉴别教师教育综合化品质的标志性概念,是一所教师教育大学所能为社会提供的优质教师教育资源的能量、实力与潜质,教师教育力评价是优质教师教育综合化的助推器。高校教师教育力的核心构成是:教育专业吸引力、教育人才培养力与教育市场竞争力,而激活其运行的四个节点是:发展愿景、专业建设、特色培育与过程监控。面向未来,要提升教师教育力,教师教育大学就必须把稳办学方向、保证资源供给、优化培养环节、强化学科建设、完善职后发展服务体系。 In the era of comprehensive education, the main body of teacher education has turned to be shared by traditional normal colleges and universities. Teacher education ability is a landmark concept to identify the comprehensive quality of teacher education, and it is the energy, strength and potential of high-quality teacher education resources that a teacher education university can provide to the society. The core components of the educational ability of college teachers are: the attraction of education specialty, the cultivation of educational talents and the competitiveness of education market. The four nodes to activate its operation are: development vision, professional construction, characteristic cultivation and process monitoring. Facing the future, in order to improve the teaching ability of teachers, teachers’ education universities must stabilize the running direction, ensure the supply of resources, optimize the training links, strengthen the construction of disciplines, and improve the post-service system of post-service development.
