摘要
设计了一种基于六轴电子罗盘的矿用测斜仪测量单元,论述了测斜仪的测量原理并对测量单元的整体结构进行了设计。重点论述了基于BMC156电子罗盘的硬件电路和软件系统的设计方案,同时分析了钻孔轨迹测量过程中的误差分类及来源,分别论述了磁方位角误差与倾角和方位角误差的模型及其补偿和标定方法。通过标定试验,证明测量单元具有体积小、精度高、电路简单的特点,为后续钻孔测量类设备的研究与开发提供了有力支撑。
A measuring unit of mine inclinometer based on six-axis electronic compass is designed. The measuring principle of the inclinometer is discussed, and the overall structure of the measuring unit is designed. The design scheme of hardware circuit and software system based on BMC156 electronic compass is emphatically discussed. At the same time, the error classification and source in the course of drill hole trajectory measurement are analyzed. The models of magnetic azimuth error and inclination error and azimuth error, as well as their compensation and calibration methods are discussed respectively. Through calibration test, it is proved that the measuring unit has the characteristics of small size, high precision and simple circuit, which provides a strong support for the research and development of follow-up drilling measuring equipment.
