摘要
针对堵塞球分层压裂中作业者对堵塞球投球器(堵塞球释放设备)的装球容量和投球速度等提出的更高要求,研制了新型的远程控制堵塞球投球器。该投球器主要由三通主体、球筒、传送总成、指示器和控制箱组成。传送总成采用压力平衡结构,气动力即可推动传送总成在高压液体中投球。试验结果表明,远程控制堵塞球投球器功能满足现场工况要求,与常规堵塞球投球器相比,具有投球快、装球量大、成本低、使用维护方便等优点。
In order to meet the new requirements of injecting more blocked ball and injecting faster when ball-off separate layers fracturing,the remote control blocked ball injector is developed.It mainly consists of substructure,outer barrel,feed device,indicator,air controller.It adopts the principle of pressure balance,the air force can push the feed device injecting under high hydraulic pressure.By drawing on field operation,project review and different analysis method,the structure is optimized.The results of sufficient test show that the remote control blocked ball injector can satisfy the meet of injecting.Compared with the traditional ball injector,the remote control blocked ball injector has the advantages of injecting fast,many balls and low cost.
