摘要
直井机械分层压裂是一种较为先进的分层压裂技术,其利用一次压裂管柱进行多层压裂,具有造缝充分,节省时间,节省成本等特点,特别适合多层薄层低渗透储层的压裂改造,目前在国内各低渗透油田都有广泛应用。但是在大量的实践运用中发现,机械分层压裂技术仍存在封隔器滑套打不开、管柱起不出来以及不能大排量施工等问题,这些问题直接影响了该技术的进一步推广。本文在大量实践的基础上,从分层压裂的原理出发,研究了选井选层的原则,分析了分层压裂存在的主要问题,提出了对工艺及工具改进的看法,为分层压裂的设计、施工提供了依据。
The separate layer fracturing by mechanical tools in vertical wells is a kind of more advanced separate fracturing technology,which utilizes only one fracturing string to run multiple fracturing.It has many virtues,such as creating fractures well,saving time and costs and so on.It especially suits multi-layer and thin layer low permeability reservoirs' fracturing reform.So far,it has a widespread use in the domestic low-permeability oilfield.But in a lot of practice application,we found that separate layer fracturing by mechanical tools technology still existed many problems,such as packer sliding sleeve don't open,string don't pull out and the construction of large displacement can't be done.Those problems directly affect the further promotion of the technology.This article,on the basis of much practice,studied from the principle of separate fracturing,then studied selection principle of wells and layers,analyzed the main problems of the separate fracturing,proposed the opinion to improve the technology and tools,which provides a basis for the design and construction of separate fracturing.
