摘要
目的研究超声诊断手段在甲状腺结节临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2014年2月—2017年10月该院的116例超声诊断甲状腺结节患者作为该次研究的对象进行分析。结果通过诊断分析,有84例属于良性的甲状腺结节,32例属于恶性的。在良性组和恶性组之间,这二者内部的实际情形是回声低、微钙化等,并且都不小于1。同时,声晕较厚且不够规则,血流Ⅲ型的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尽管临床中已经开始运用弹性成像和超声造影技术,然而运用的范围有一定限制。在诊断甲状腺结节方面,彩色多普勒的超声属于重要技术条件,临床中可以推广和应用。
Objective To study the value of ultrasound diagnosis in the clinical treatment of thyroid nodules. Methods 116 patients with ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid nodules from Feburary 2014 to October 2017 were selected and analyzed as subjects of this study. Results Through diagnostic analysis, 84 cases were benign thyroid nodules, and 32 cases were malignant. Between the benign group and the malignant group, the actual situation inside the two was low echo, microcalcification, etc., and no less than 1. At the same time, the vocal was thicker and less regular, and there was a difference in blood flow type III, the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Although elastography and contrast-enhanced imaging have been used in the clinic, the scope of application is limited. In the diagnosis of thyroid nodules, color Doppler ultrasound is an important technical condition, which can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
