摘要 目的研究TCT、高危型HPV检测在社区宫颈癌筛查中的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年1月—2018年9月该社区接受高危性HPV和TCT检测的327例妇女为该次研究对象。对比高危性HPV和TCT检测的特异度、灵敏度。结果全部受检者中24例TCT阳性,阳性率为7.34%;41例高危HPV阳性,阳性率为12.54%。高危HPV与TCT检测灵敏度和特异度相比较,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高危型HPV检测与TCT联合筛查能显著降低漏诊率,可用于宫颈癌的初筛。 Objective To study the clinical application value of TCT and high-risk HPV detection in community cervical cancer screening. Methods A total of 327 women who underwent high-risk HPV and TCT testing in the community from January 2017 to September 2018 were selected for the study. Compare the specificity and sensitivity of high-risk HPV and TCT assays. Results 24 patients were positive for TCT in all subjects, the positive rate was 7.34%;41 cases were high-risk HPV positive, the positive rate was 12.54%. Compared with the sensitivity and specificity of high-risk HPV and TCT detection, there was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion High-risk HPV detection combined with TCT screening can significantly reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and can be used for primary screening of cervical cancer.
