摘要
目的临床分析在妇科手术患者围术期护理中引入快速康复外科理念对临床护理效果的影响。方法选取于该院2017年12月—2018年12月接受外科手术治疗的妇科患者66例,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组33例,在围术期内,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在护理中引入快速康复外科理念,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果①观察组患者的住院时间、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②在围手术期内,观察组患者的并发症率为6.1%,也明显低于对照组的30.3%(χ^2=4.991,P=0.025 <0.05);③观察组患者护理满意度为97.0%,也显著高于对照组的75.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.632,P=0.031)。结论在围手术期对妇科手术患者采取快速康复护理模式,有助于促进患者术后康复、提高护理质量,值得推广应用。
Objective Clinical analysis of the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the clinical nursing effect in pe-rioperative nursing of gynecological surgery patients. Methods Sixty-six patients with gynecologic patients who under-went surgical treatment from December 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 33 patients in each group. During the perioperative period, patients in the control group were given in routine care, pa-tients in the observation group introduced the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in nursing, and compared the clin-ical nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results 1.The hospitalization time of patients in the observation group, postoperative anal exhaust time, and time of getting out of bed were all less in the control group, the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). 2.During the perioperative period, the complication rate of the observation group was 6.1%, which was also significantly lower than that of the control group(30.3%) the difference was statistically significant (χ^2 =4.991, P= 0.025);3.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.0%, which was also significantly high-er than 75.7% of the control group the difference was statistically significant(χ^2 =4.632, P=0.031). Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing mode for gynecological surgery patients during perioperative period is helpful to promote postop-erative rehabilitation and improve the quality of nursing. It is worthy of popularization and application.
