考虑风电消纳的综合能源系统源荷协调运行优化方法 被引量:27

摘要 针对风电出力反峰特性导致综合能源系统消纳风电能力过低问题,在深入分析可转移负荷和风电消纳关系机理的基础上,提出考虑风电消纳的综合能源系统源荷协调运行优化方法。负荷侧将可转移负荷作为消纳可再生能源的主要手段,与微燃机和燃料电池等电源共同参与系统经济调度,形成源荷协调的运行优化模式。在该模式下,综合考虑系统运行约束条件以及设备约束条件,以风电消纳量最大和系统运行成本最小为优化目标,构建源荷协调的多目标优化模型,并利用NSGA-2算法对该模型求解。算例结果证明了所提方法的有效性。 Aiming at the problem that the wind power absorption capacity of integrated energy system is too low due to the inverse peak characteristic of wind power output,based on the in-depth analysis of the relationship mechanism between the transferable load and wind power absorption,the optimal method of the coordinated operation of integrated energy system considering wind power absorption is proposed.The load side uses the transferable load as the main means of absorbing the renewable energy,and participates in the system economic dispatch with the power sources such as the micro-combustion engine and the fuel cell to form a source-charge coordinated operation optimization mode.Under this mode,the energy system is considered comprehensively.The operating constraints and equipment constraints are used to coordinate the multi-objective optimization model with the maximum wind power consumption and the minimum operating cost of the system.A multi-objective optimization model of source-load coordination is constructed.The model is solved by NSGA-2.The results verify the effectiveness of proposed method.
