摘要
受风速的波动性和间歇性的影响,风力发电具有明显的不确定性特点,增加了电力系统调度运行难度.针对风电出力的不确定性,以系统总运行成本及弃风成本最优为总目标,考虑系统能量平衡、火电机组出力、燃气轮机出力、P2G设备出力等约束条件,采用鲁棒优化方法构建含P2G设备、冷热电联产机组及储能装置的综合能源系统鲁棒优化模型,采用24时段的算例通过Matlab软件中心YALMIP工具箱,通过CPLEX求解器进行求解,分析不同鲁棒参数及风电消纳率条件下,系统运行成本的差异.最后,仿真验证了所建模型的正确性和有效性.
Affected by the fluctuation and intermittent of wind speed,wind power generation is uncertain obviously,which increases the difficulty of power system operation.In view of the uncertainty of wind power output,taking the optimization of total operation cost and wind abandonment cost as the overall goal,considering the constraints of system energy balance,thermal power unit output,gas turbine output,P2G equipment&energy storage device etc.,a robust optimization model of comprehensive energy system is constructed including P2G equipment,CCHP unit and energy storage device by adopting the robust optimization method.The 24-time period example is used to call the CPLEX toolbox through Matlab software to call YALMIP toolbox for simulation to analyze the difference of system operation cost under different robust parameters and wind power consumption rate.Finally,the correctness and effectiveness of the model are verified by simulation.
