摘要
利用"一带一路"沿线17个省(区、市)(未含西藏)2007-2016年的面板数据,实证分析民间投资、农业科技进步与农业产业结构升级之间的影响效应。研究结果表明:沿线各省(区、市)农业科技进步率呈逐年增加趋势,且沿海5省(市)农业科技进步水平高于内陆地区。整体而言,民间投资能有效促进农业科技进步,农业技术创新对农业产业结构升级的负向效应显著;分地区来看,西北6省(区)和沿海5省(市)的民间投资对农业科技进步的正向作用显著,东北3省和西北6省(区)的农业科技进步对农业产业结构升级有正向影响但不显著,而西南3省(区、市)和沿海5省(市)的农业科技进步对农业产业结构升级负向效果显著。
Using the panel data of 17 provinces(autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) along "the Belt and Road " route(excluding Tibet) from 2007 to 2016, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of private investment, agricultural science and technology progress and the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure. The results show that the progress rate of agricultural science and technology is increasing in the five coastal provinces year by year, and the progress level of agricultural science and technology of the five coastal provinces(municipality) is higher than that in the Inland areas. On the whole, private investment can effectively promote the progress of agricultural science and technology, and agricultural technological innovation has a significant negative effect on the upgrading of agricultural structure. Regionally speaking, the non-governmental investment has a significant positive effect on the progress of agricultural science and technology in the six provinces(autonomous region) of Northwest China and the five coastal provinces(municipality), the progress of agricultural science and technology has not significant impact on the upgrading of agricultural structure in the three provinces of Northeast China and the six provinces(autonomous region) of Northwest China, while the negative effect of the three provinces(autonomous region, municipality) of Southwest China and the five coastal provinces(municipality) is significant.
