摘要
目的探讨康复护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果.方法采用便利抽样法,选取黑龙江省大庆龙南医院2018年3-11月的79例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象.按照随机数字表随机分为观察组(n=39)与对照组(n=40).对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上联合康复护理.比较两组患者的康复效果、焦虑抑郁情绪和生活质量.结果观察组干预后的上肢功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组干预后的生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对乳腺癌患者实施康复护理干预的临床应用价值较高,可推广应用.
Objective To study the effect of applying rehabilitation nursing intervention for breast cancer patients. Methods By convenience sampling, 79 breast cancer patients in Daqing LongNan Hospital of Heilongjiang Province were selected from March to November of 2018 as participants in this study and divided into the observation group(n=39) and control group (n=40) by random number table. The control group received conventional nursing care while the observation group received the combination nursing care of the conventional and rehabilitation nursing intervention. The two groups were compared in the rehabilitation effects,anxiety and depressive emotion and quality of life. Results The observation group had better upper limb function than the control group after intervention with statistical difference (P< 0.05). The observation group had lower score in anxiety and depression than the control group after intervention with statistical difference (P< 0.05). The observation group had higher score in each dimensions of life quality than the control group after intervention with statistical difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention for breast cancer patients is of high clinical value and can be widely applied.
