摘要 安全约束经济调度广泛应用于电力系统运行和规划,为了降低电网的购电成本,提高计算结果的精确度,提出了考虑负荷转供的校正型安全约束经济调度模型,建立交流潮流模型精确计及有功及无功约束,应用N-1故障后的校正措施,减少约束条件对运行点的限制,节约成本。基于交流最优潮流模型建立考虑N—1静态安全约束的校正型经济调度模型,校正型控制措施包括发电再调度和负荷转供,对配电网的负荷转供过程进行简化和建模,并计及负荷转供给用户带来的经济损失。使用Benders分解法求解原问题,将原问题解耦为正常状态主问题和N-1线路故障子问题,以提高求解速度。最后,在标准算例中验证对所提模型有效性,相比预防型控制模型,电网的运行成本降低了1%。 Safety-constrained economic dispatch is widely used in power system operation and planning. In order to reduce the cost of power purchase and improve the accuracy of calculation results, a corrected safety-constrained economic dispatch model considering load switching is proposed. The AC power flow model is established to accurately take into account the active and reactive power constraints. The corrective measures after N - 1 fault are applied to reduce the constraints on operating points saving total cost. Based on AC optimal power flow model, a corrective economic dispatching model considering N-1 static security constraints is established. The corrective control measures include power generation redistribution and load transfer. The load transfer process of distribution network is simplified and modeled, and the economic losses caused by load transfer to users are taken into account. In this paper, Benders decomposition method is used to solve the original problem. The original problem is decoupled into the main problem of normal state and the sub-problem of N-1 line fault to improve the solving speed. Finally? the validity of the proposed model is verified by a standard example. Compared with the preventive control model, the operation cost of the power grid is reduced by 1 %.
