摘要
在电改新形势下,售电公司的购电分配及组合问题将直接影响售电公司的购电成本。与此同时,购电风险所计及的风险成本使得售电公司最优购电问题更加需要合理地规划。基于购电风险最小及购电成本最低目标,采用区间法构建售电公司在多级市场购电中的效益模型,从而确定最优电量分配问题。
In the new situation of electric power market,distribution and combination of electricity purchases of distribution company will affect the purchasing cost directly.At the same time,it should be solved more properly when the risk of power purchases is considered.This paper adopts the interval method to build a benefit model in multi-stage electric market,based on the targets on minimum cost and minimum risk,to determine the optimal power purchases allocation.
