基于可逆酰腙键的自修复聚氨酯的制备与性能研究 被引量:5

Research on Preparation and Properties of Self-healing Polyurethanes Based on Reversible Acylhydrazone Bonds

摘要 由双丙酮醇和对苯二甲酸二酰肼反应生成酰腙键得到羟基封端的功能性扩链剂(命名为AAD)。将亲水性良好且广泛应用于生物医用聚氨酯材料的二官能度多元醇(聚己内酯二元醇PCL-210)和三官能度聚醚多元醇(TEP-240)分别与MDI-50反应生成端异氰酸酯基团的聚氨酯预聚体,将二者按照一定比例混合,并加入AAD交联得到自修复聚氨酯。根据修复前后拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的恢复值表征其自修复性能,表明室温下修复24h后其拉伸强度恢复至94.6%,断裂伸长率恢复至原始试样的76.3%。 The acylhydrazone compound (named AAD), which is a hydroxyl terminated chain extender in PU, was synthesized using terephthalic dihydrazide and diacetone alcohol. The difunctional polyol (polycaprolactone diol PCL-210) and the trifunctional polyether polyol (TEP-240) which are hydrophilic and widely used in biomedical polyurethane materials, react with MDI-50 to produce isocyanate group-terminated polyurethane prepolyxmer respectively. The two pre-PU prepolymer with -NCO groups are mixed in a certain proportion and cross-linked with AAD to obtain a self-healing polyurethane. The self-repairing property was characterized by the recovery value of the tensile strength and the elongation at break before and after repair. It showed that the tensile strength recovered to 94.6% after 24 hours of repair at room temperature, and the elongation at break recovered to 76.3% of the original sample.
