摘要
传统集市是适应农村发展延续下来的农产品交易场所,农民是参与的主体,随着社会经济的发展,其功能有所变化,面临着转型发展。以河北省雄县为调研区域,对居民参与传统集市意愿进行调查,运用IPA分析了传统集市发展的影响因素。结果显示,传统集市仍是乡镇居民生活中不可或缺的部分,居民对乡镇集市的期望高于现实,市场规模和产品价格是传统集市发展的优势因子,距集市距离远近和产品种类是维持因子,集市安全情况、准入门槛、产品质量、产品性价比、产品售后服务是机会因子,集市周边卫生情况、集市卖方的服务质量、基础设施、环境卫生、管理规范、咨询服务、交通状况等是修补因子。基于分析结果,提出农村传统集市合理适度利用及管理建议。
The traditional market was a place for rural products to trade adapting to the continuation of rural development in which farmers were the main participants. With the social and economic development, its functions were subject to transformation and development. This paper, taking Xiongxian County of Hebei Province as the research area, investigated the residents** willingness to participate in the traditional market, and used IPA to analyze the influencing factors of traditional market development. The results showed that the traditional market was still an indispensable part of the life of the township residents. The r*esidents expectations for the township market were higher than the reality. The market size and product price were the dominant factors for the development of the traditional market. The distance from the market and the product category were the maintenance factors, while the market safety, access threshold, product quality, product performance - price ratio and the after-sales service were the opportunity factors. And moreover, the health conditions around the market, market s*ellers service quality, infrastructure ,environmental sanitation, management practices, consulting services, traffic conditions and so on Were remedy factors. And thereby, this paper provided some suggestions for promoting the rational and appropriately use and management of rural traditional markets.
