摘要
针对采空区土体沉降严重威胁埋地输气管道安全运行的状况,对土体沉降后管道的受力进行分析,基于管—土相互作用单元并结合三向土模型弹簧,运用有限元分析软件对土体沉降下埋地输气管道进行数值模拟,主要分析了埋深、采深与采厚对管道应力、位移和应变的影响.模拟结果表明:在采空塌陷区,管道覆土厚度的变化对管道的影响并不是主要的;相同采厚下,采深变化引起的管道力学特征值的改变量相差较小;相同采深下,随着采厚的增大,管道的各项力学特征值均有所增加.
For the mining goaf subsidence of soil seriously threatens the safe operation of pipeline buried gas pipeline,the stress of the pipe after settlement of the soil is analyzed.Based on the pipe soil interaction unit(PSI)and the theory of the three-direction soil spring theory,the finite clement software ABAQUS is used to simulate the underground gas pipeline under the setdement of the soil.The influence of the buried depth.mining depth and mining thickness on the stress,displacement and strain of the pipeline is analyzed in view of soil setdement.The simulation results show that in the mining subsidence area,the change of thickness of covering soil on pipeline is not significant.Changing pipeline mechanical characteristics of deep mining caused by the change of the value of the difference is smaller under the same mining thick-ness.Under the same mining depth,with the increase of die mining thickness,the mechanical characteristic values of the pipeline increase.
