摘要
介绍庄礼兴教授运用理气药的临床经验。理气药具有调畅气机、疏肝解郁、调和脾胃的功效,庄礼兴教授提出应在辨证施治的基础上,分脏腑、分部位运用理气药,遣方用药时重视药物性味归经,以顾护脾胃为则,根据病因病机将调气、行气、降气、理气、温通相结合,为临床运用理气药提供了新思路。
To introduce Professor Zhuang lixing’s clinical experience about the application of Qi regulating drug.Qi regulation drug can be used to regulate Qi activity,soothe Liver Qi stagnation and harmonize Spleen and Stomach functions.Professor Zhuang lixing advanced that in the clinical treatment,the application of Qi regulating drug should depend on different viscera and different parts of body,and advocated in combination with harmonizing Qi,activating Qi,lowering adverse Qi,activating Qi and warming Yang Qi,hoping to explore some new thoughts of applying Qi regulating drug.
