摘要
目的运用闭环管理体系规范采购业务信息化建设。方法从临床医技科室的物资申请开始到物资到货,在HRP系统上实现采购业务全流程管理,对重点环节系统增加单据颜色警示、采购短信通知等。结果此项目闭环管理体系提高使用科室参与信息化建设的积极性,实现了临床物资申请系统全闭环管理的模式。结论基于HRP系统采购业务闭环管理,实现了医院采购业务实现全流程在线查询。
Objective To standardize the informatization construction of procurement business with closed loop management system. Methods From the application of materials to the arrival of materials in clinical medical technology department, the whole process management of procurement business was realized on HRP system, and the document color warning and short message notification of procurement were added to the key link system. Results The closed-loop management system of this project improved the enthusiasm of departments to participate in the informatization construction, and realized the mode of the closed-loop management of clinical materials application system. Conclusion Based on HRP system closed loop management of procurement business, the whole process of online inquiry of hospital procurement business is realized.
