摘要
目的:探讨医院医疗设备采购管理环节的信息化,为提高医院设备管理效率和水平、节约管理成本以及实现设备管理的规范化而建立信息化管理系统。方法:通过对设备采购管理环节具体流程的分析和优化,得到采购管理等环节系统化管理流程,实现信息化所需要的各个要素。结果:采购管理环节实现信息化,可有效整合各管理要素,从整体上提高工作效率,实现设备精细化管理。结论:信息化作为医疗设备管理的重要手段和内容,对提高医院整体管理水平具有重要的作用和意义。
Objective： To improve the management efficiency and level, save management costs, and finally achieve management standardization of hospital devices. Methods： To get various steps needed for the informationization of purchase process through the analysis and optimization of specific purchase process of medical devices. Results： The informationization of purchase process is able to integrate the various management dements and improve the management efficiency, achieve refined management. Conclusion： Being the import means and content, the informationization of devices management is import to improve the overall management level of hospital.
